Abstract
In view of the problems of low design efficiency, insufficient simulation analysis and difficult to improve the design quality of traditional spacecraft cable routing design. In this paper, the automatic routing method of spacecraft cable is presented, the method Including a five layer architecture, as knowledge layer, data layer, routing layer, simulation layer and output layer. This method realize the automation of whole process of Spacecraft Cable Routing design, and can perform collaborative simulation of electrical design and routing design, the true geometry and mass of the cable can be accurately simulated, on the basis of simulation, design optimization can be performed, which greatly improve the spacecraft cable Routing design efficiency and quality.
