Abstract
With the increasing popularity of green and low-carbon consumption, green and low-carbon consumption has become a new trend in the E-commerce field. In order to ensure the realization of the "Dual Carbon" goal, government departments have successively issued policy documents to guide and regulate green Consumer behaviour in the e-commerce field. Ecommerce enterprises have guided green and low-carbon consumption by adopting green products, green logistics and green promotion, and achieved good results. However, with the rapid development of e-commerce, it has been found that the main division of Green Consumption is not comprehensive enough, the green brand of enterprises is not obvious, and the level of consumer awareness of Green Consumption still needs to be improved. In response to the above-mentioned problems, the article suggests fully leveraging the role of universities in Green Consumption, and including universities, government, enterprises, and consumers in the main body of the Green Consumption guarantee system; Accelerate the promotion of Green Consumption credit system, actively cultivate green brands and use Big data technology to strengthen the analysis of online green Consumer behaviour, so as to continue to promote Green Consumption in the e-commerce field.
