Abstract
Fourier transform infrared spectrometer is widely used in the field of on-line flue gas monitoring because of its fast-scanning speed, high stability, high efficiency and quantitative calculation. In order to meet the needs of environmental monitoring, an on-line Fourier infrared gas analyzer based on Fourier transform technology is developed. In order to ensure that the equipment meets the actual requirements in the actual operation process, the multi-channel gas generator is used to simulate the on-site flue gas with CO2 as the internal standard in the laboratory stage, the verification results show that the indication error of each component is less than 2%, and ensures the high accuracy of the test results in the process of third-party comparison in coal-fired power plants. the results show that the analyzer meets the needs of on-site online monitoring due to its high accuracy and reliability in the measurement of actual flue gas.
