Abstract

When the telescopic lens of space camera is installed and adjusted on the ground, the optical transfer function is greatly affected by gravity and thermal environment. The difference between ground and in-orbit gravity and thermal environment makes the mirror deformed, resulting in the change of the mirror position accuracy and surface shape accuracy, resulting in the difference between ground and in-orbit MTF. The variation interval of position accuracy and surface shape accuracy of a certain type of mirror are obtained with the aim of reducing in-orbit MTF by 2%. On this basis, the finite element model of the mirror assembly is established, the changes of the surface shape and displacement of the mirror under gravity and the condition of temperature change is analyzed, which is to determine the changes of shape and position parameters of the mirror in orbit. At the same time, in order to verify the accuracy of the simulation, a special mirror flip support tool is designed and manufactured. Combining with coordinate measuring instrument and optical interferometer to detect the displacement and surface shape changes of mirror at 0° and 180° at different temperatures. After data analysis, the influence of gravity and heat on the mirror is effectively stripped off, and the experimental results are basically consistent with the simulation results. The results show that the simulation method can accurately analyze the gravity and heat change of the optical elements of the remote sensing optical camera after entering the orbit, and the deviation between the analysis results and the test is less than 20%. It can be widely used in the optical structure analysis of other similar remote sensing products.
