Abstract
The work aims to analyze the reason of material blockage in the screw feeder of the horizontal-tube continuous boiling system in daily work. Based on the analyses above, a method to solve the problem is put forward by controlling the axial movement of the screw shaft to achieve the spatial size change of the screw shaft and the shell, which will improve the working performance of screw feeders. And the feasibility of the design was verified by EDEM simulation experiments.
