Abstract
According to the operating characteristics of electric drive workover rig, this paper designs a bi-directional DC/DC converter suitable for lithium battery-supercapacitor composite electric energy storage device of workover rig. Through the cooperation of the main diode in the loop and the switch tubes of the upper and lower bridge arms, the function of controlling the charging and discharging of two electric energy storage devices with a single bi-directional DC/DC converter is realized, so that the composite electric energy storage device and the well site grid power can jointly provide the required power for workover rig operation. The bi-directional DC/DC converter has simple circuit structure and convenient control. The simulation results show that the three-stage circuit structure adopted by the converter effectively reduces the stress of switching devices and the ripple of inductor current, and improves the comprehensive performance.
