Abstract
This paper presents a novel approach to improve the maintenance efficiency of expressway electromechanical devices through a preventive maintenance model based on a multi-factor model and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. We analyze eight commonly used devices in expressway maintenance projects across five dimensions to identify areas for preventive maintenance. Our proposed quantitative decision-making model provides a comprehensive calculation method to optimize equipment maintenance. The results show a significant improvement in overall maintenance efficiency for expressway electromechanical devices.
