Abstract
Aiming at the problems of poor real-time performance and low level of informatization in marine diesel engine processing workshops, a monitoring system architecture for marine diesel engine processing workshops based on digital twins is proposed by combining digital twins with marine diesel engine processing workshops. On this basis, a digital twin workshop was constructed and functional modules were divided according to requirements. Key technologies such as physical workshop digital twin model construction, machine tool processing simulation, and machine tool status management were studied, and three-dimensional visual monitoring of marine diesel engine processing workshops was achieved. Finally, the effectiveness of the system was verified through the application of a certain marine diesel engine processing workshop.
