Abstract
With the frequent occurrence of natural disasters and emergencies, how to deliver emergency materials efficiently and accurately, is a key problem in emergency management. Traditional distribution path optimization method is often difficult to deal with complex and changeable emergency environment, therefore, this paper builds a emergency supplies distribution model based on the combination of trucks and drones, and puts forward a hybrid genetic algorithm to solve the model, realize the efficiency of emergency logistics distribution, and save the cost of emergency logistics distribution, provides strong support for emergency management.
