Abstract
This article designs and implements a handkerchief paper vending machine based on air780e microprocessor, aiming at providing an automatic and intelligent public health solution. It adopts the Internet of Things architecture and relies on the existing handkerchief paper vending machine to design. In the sensing control layer, the clever use of micro-switches and mechanical structures, real-time monitoring of electricity, inventory and shipment status, effectively avoid the impact of product shortages, equipment failures on users. In the network communication layer, the vending machine communicates with the server through the MQTT protocol, uses Ali Cloud server to deploy EMQX as the server, and uses 4G network to enhance the data transmission function of the device to ensure that the information interaction between the device and the cloud server is more stable and timely. At the application management level, scan code payment is introduced through the docking payment platform, and a simple cloud-based management system is built, enabling administrators to remotely monitor the operating status and visually reflect real-time sales data. Through the application of Internet of Things technology, this design provides reference experience for related industries and shows the great potential of modern science and technology in public health services.
