Abstract
Conditions of excitation of surface plasma waves depend on dielectric permittivity of a transitive layer directly bordering with a metal film in which they are exciting. Using a Langmuir-Blodgett film consisting of photochrome molecules of bacteriorhodopsin as a transitive layer, it is offered family of devices allowing to operate light with the help of light. Namely, light modulator controlled by light without using of external electronic devices, deflector of light controlled by light and converter of light of one wavelength of light to another one.
