Abstract
In this paper, a tight wavelet frame algorithm based on Wiener filtering is proposed, which can avoid the amplification of noise during the processing. First, wavelet decomposition on the first level is done, the wavelet coefficients will be denoised by soft thresholding to eliminate some noise and pretreated image with noise is obtained; Next, the pretreated noise image is further denoised by the frame algorithm which is inserted Wiener filter on wavelet domain; Finally, the algorithm is used to restore the degraded DICOM with noise and numerical simulation shows that our algorithm is better than soft thresholding iterative algorithm.
