Abstract

Opto-structural analysis generally involves statics (things that do not move) but is not complete without involving dynamics (things that move a little). Almost all optical systems will be subject to vibration during ground transport, handling, shock, aircraft operation, rocket launch, space flight, and in other scenarios.
