I graduated with a PhD in 2001 from the University of Glasgow Department of Physics and Astronomy Detector Development Group. My thesis is titled Characteristics of VPE GaAs radiation detectors after proton irradiation. Following 2 years with ST Microelectronics Imaging Division analogue design group i moved to Wideblue Ltd. Created as result of a manage buyout of the Polaroid Corporation European Design Centre, Wideblue is a full-service, multi-disciplinary product design and product development consultancy. Our team of product, mechanical, electronic and software engineers, physicists and optical designers all have many years experience designing products through to successful manufacture and commercialisation
