Abstract
Currently, a very urgent problem is the development of approaches related to the management of organizational systems. It is necessary to develop an apparatus for formalized description, optimization and expert assessment, focused on decision-making with the multivariate nature of the interaction of digital means of the control center and objects of the logistic part of the organizational system. The decision-making algorithm for the optimal choice on the set of fixed options for the structure of digital control is considered. The decision-making algorithm for the optimal choice on the set of variable options for the cluster structure of digital control, considering the boundary requirement is shown.
