Abstract
With the rapid development of science and technology, people have more requirements for comfort, economy, and portability of medical equipment, and micro robots could satisfy these needs. Micro robots can achieve non-invasive in vivo treatment and targeted drug delivery, so this technology is becoming more and more important in the biomedical engineering field. In this paper, aiming at the research difficulty of wireless positioning technology of micro robots in vivo, different technologies are reviewed, compared, summarized, and prospected, which provides a certain reference and help for researchers in related fields.
