26 April 1996 Proposal for a new maintenance inspection

Abstract
Thinking about intellectualization of nondestructive inspection, the author found that maintenance inspection was the most beneficial one of applying health-monitoring concept. The goal of this new smart maintenance inspection is; continual monitoring and self-, automatic-inspection and warning, instead of inspection periodical and by many hands and slow-results obtaining today. On this new, smart maintenance inspection, the author presents a method and its problems.
