Abstract
Temperature, humidity, altitude, vibration and ventilation combined environment test system is essential to reliability tests. Three computers are used to control the climate chamber subsystem, the vibration subsystem and the ventilation subsystem. Considering the hardware and software of the combined environment test system, the scheme of network communication combined to serial port communication is adopted to realize the centralized-control. The computer for climate chamber subsystem is used as supervisory computer based on the characteristic of combined environment stress.The communication of the supervisory computer with vibration control subsystem is based on network by DataSocket technology, The communication of the supervisory computer with PLC is accomplished by DLL based on SNP which is a novel protocol about the communication of GE 90-30 PLC. This system provides a scientific test means for checking environmental worthiness and qualification tests for different items
