Abstract

This is an erratum to correct a problem with an equation in the original paper.

This article [Opt. Eng. 57(3), 030803 (2018)] was originally published on 28 March 2018 with an error in Eq. 27. The Greek letter capital Delta should be in the numerator instead of the denominator. The corrected Eq. 27 is shown below. Eq. (27) $s = 1 + \frac{Δ l}{l}$ The paper was corrected online on 13 September 2018.
