Profile Summary

Olivier Colliot is a Research Director at CNRS and the founding head of the ARAMIS Lab (www.aramislab.fr), a joint laboratory between CNRS, Inria, Inserm, Sorbonne University and the Paris Brain Institute. He also holds a chair at the Paris Institute for Artificial Intelligence. His research focuses on machine learning for medical imaging and its application to neurological disorders. He is the coordinator of the development of the Open Source software platform Clinica (www.clinica.run). He is Conference Co-Chair of the SPIE Medical Imaging Image Processing conference, an Associate Editor of the Journal of Medical Imaging and an Associate Editor of Medical Image Analysis and an Associate Editor . He teaches at the graduate level at University of Paris-Saclay, CentraleSupelec, University Paris-Cité and Mines ParisTech.
