The escalator safety brush is used on the escalators at the entrances and exits of major markets, shopping malls or subways and is installed on both sides of the lower part of the escalator to prevent potential safety hazards caused by objects or shoelaces entangled in the gap between the steps and the skirt side plate of the escalator. There is a certain gap between the steps of the escalator, and between the steps and the upper and lower stations and the surrounding skirts. Generally, the gap is no more than 4mm, but such a small gap will also pinch clothes or children's fingers and shoes and cause injury. In order to avoid the passenger's foot extending between the escalator step and the apron, in the prior art, a brush is usually installed on the apron, so that when the passenger's foot extends to the edge, it will touch the brush to remind the passenger. Since the brush is often touched by passengers or other items, it needs to be replaced regularly, and it is best to replace it quickly. In the prior art, conventional bolts are usually used to fix the brush, which will reduce the replacement efficiency of the brush. The purpose of this paper is to provide a detachable escalator brush structure in order to overcome the defects of the prior art. The structure can realize the rapid replacement of the safety brush, and the installation mode of the device is faster and more efficient than the existing screw direct installation mode. When it needs to be replaced, just loosen the jackscrew to remove the whole brush. When the installation is completed, the fixing block can be completely hidden inside the installation slot, and the brush fixing strip supports the escalator apron through the outer edge of the installation slot to make it more beautiful.
As a kind of vertical transportation, elevator has been widely used in people's life and production, and people have higher and higher requirements for elevators. In addition to safety and comfort, they also need to be beautiful, especially in shopping malls, hotels, office buildings and other places. In order to make the elevator beautiful, many elevator users will decorate the elevator car. However, the decoration company is only from the perspective of decoration, only responsible for the beauty of decoration, does not consider the safety performance of the elevator, and does not have professional knowledge of elevator. After the car is decorated, the decoration materials increase the weight of the elevator and the traction force of the elevator will change, which may seriously threaten the safe operation of the elevator, leading to the accident of car sliding and even squatting. Therefore, the elevator users should pay attention to the decoration, it is best to use light materials to reduce the weight added due to decoration as much as possible. After finishing the decoration of the car, the maintenance unit shall carry out relevant tests to ensure the safety of the elevator. This paper studies the change of traction force after elevator decoration, and puts forward some suggestions for reference.
The elevator drive host is installed in the machine room, and the car and counterweight are installed in the hoistway. The lift car and counterweight are suspended on the traction wheel of the driving host through suspension devices such as steel wire rope. Therefore, it is necessary to make an opening on the ground of the machine room in order to pass the suspension device through. In order to prevent small parts or maintenance tools from falling into the well from the ground opening, resulting in casualties, the safety technical specification for special equipment stipulates that the opening on the ground of the machine room shall be as small as possible, and the opening above the well must adopt a ring frame, which shall protrude from the ground for at least 50mm. At present, elevator construction units basically use concrete materials to build concrete ring frames around ground openings. Although not many concrete materials are required, special preparation shall be made. In addition, it will take several days for the frame to dry after masonry, which will affect the construction progress. In order to solve the above technical problems, this paper provides an adjustable device for the ground opening of elevator machine room, which has rapid installation and strong adaptability.
The use safety of elevator is related to daily life. The landing door of elevator is the most direct protective barrier for users. In the process of elevator use, the landing door is a mechanism with high use frequency. However, due to maintenance, use, management and other reasons, accidents caused by landing doors occur from time to time. Therefore, the safety of elevator landing doors should be paid enough attention by relevant personnel. At present, a variety of tools are needed to detect the deformation of landing doors, and it is not convenient to detect elevator landing doors with different widths, resulting in low detection accuracy. This paper studies a device, which can reduce the types of tools needed to detect the deformation of landing doors, and improve the accuracy of detecting elevator landing doors with different widths.
In this paper, a speed measuring device for escalator handrail is designed, which can be quickly installed on the dado of escalator. When the wall panel is FRP, it can be installed directly by vacuum adsorption. When the protective wall panel cannot be installed by vacuum adsorption, it can be clamped and fixed by auxiliary support. When the mounting plate is fixed to the protective wall plate of the escalator, the speed measuring roller can be contacted or separated from the upper surface of the handrail by adjusting the vertical height of the sliding plate. The vacuum suction cup is flattened under the suction state, with good adsorption effect, safety and reliability. When it needs to be released, it only needs to loosen the sealing cover.
