The professional rotation training of substation operation and maintenance integration has been officially launched, mainly for the technical skills improvement education and training of on-the-job employees. When faced with differences in the quality of different provinces, companies and individuals, how to quickly and efficiently complete standardized training in the true sense is a thorny problem that every training company must face. Based on the test scores of 600 students from 26 participating companies in a certain period of 2021, this paper conducts a multi-dimensional in-depth analysis from the fields of practical training projects and key skill items. By constructing the evaluation index of teaching quality, standardizing the data of each index, and then using the radar chart analysis method to evaluate the quality of the integrated training and teaching of general practitioners in the substation operation and maintenance specialty. According to the meaning of the graphic attributes, a comprehensive analysis is carried out on the learning effect of the participating companies and employees, and the advantages and disadvantages of each project of the participating companies and employees are scientifically analyzed, whether the indicators of each dimension are balanced, and whether they are developing towards a benign development.
At present, the training of UHVDC transmission system mainly uses simulation software to carry out operation skills training and technical skills improvement training for the operation and maintenance personnel of the converter station. However, the UHVDC transmission system has plenty of electrical equipment, the operation steps are rigorous, and the operation logic is complex. In the actual operation and maintenance work, for the same operation task during the UHVDC system switching operation, due to the different order of equipment operation, it has multiple operation procedures. If only one evaluation logic is adopted, the evaluation of simulation operation will be inaccurate. In order to solve this problem, an evaluation system based on the state logic algorithm of UHVDC transmission system is designed in this paper. Firstly, the position state database of system equipment is established, secondly, the logical sequence relationship of the action logic of the UHVDC transmission system is established. Finally, pre-set evaluation criteria for switching operation are constructed. According to the operation state change logic in the simulation operation record, the evaluation result is obtained by comparing with the pre-set evaluation standard. After the algorithm is implemented, the simulation operations that meet the operation expectations and the state logic of the UHVDC system are all correct operations. The evaluation system provides fast, efficient and accurate evaluation for the digitally simulated UHVDC system switching operation.
