Abstract
Diffuse optical imaging techniques offer the unique advantage of high sensitivity as well as imaging of multiple biomarkers to enable the noninvasive functional and molecular investigation of deep biotissues. In this talk, we will present our efforts at RPI in establishing novel instrumental and theoretical approaches for fluorescence lifetime-based 2D and 3D imaging at the mesoscopic and macroscopic scale within the context of bioprinted tissues and in vivo drug delivery assessment.
