Dr. Wei-Yao Hsu is currently a research fellow and division director at National Applied Research Laboratories (NARLabs), Instrument Technology Research Center (ITRC) in Taiwan. He received his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from National Chung Cheng University in 2003. His research interests include: ultra-precision machining and its application, precision optical fabrication and testing, and optical instrumentation.
